The Stamps President’s Scholars Program, a merit-based scholarship program at Georgia Tech, seeks to recruit the most promising students from across the nation to foster their development as scholars, leaders, and citizens of the greater community through purposeful programming, mentoring, and enhanced educational opportunities.
The Stamps President’s Scholars Program benefactors are E. Roe Stamps, IV and his late wife, Penny Stamps. Lifelong supporters of education and philanthropic causes, the Stamps have supported merit-based scholarships at Georgia Tech since 2000 and launched the Stamps President’s Scholars Program in 2006.
